YOUR ROLE

  • Support the NPI Wire Bond Engineer in evaluating new materials, processes, and equipment for new packages and products to meet quality, yield, cost, and time-to-market requirements.
  • Provide technical support to the NPI Die Wire Bond Engineer in addressing critical quality issues related to Die Attach materials and processes.
  • Assist and support NPI Engineers in Engineering lot builds, Customer Sample production, and DOE (Design of Experiments) validation.
  • Support engineers in data collection for Assembly report completion and DOE validation activities.

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Material Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering / Physics or equivalent engineering field.
  • Good inter-personal skills and able to work well under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3 months and above.
