Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring proper documentation and orientation.
  • Ensure all employment contracts are prepared and signed before commencement.

2. Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Handle employee grievances and provide support in resolving workplace issues.
  • Assist in disciplinary actions, issuing warning letters, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Promote employee engagement activities such as team-building, company events, and welfare initiatives.

3. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with HRDF claims.
  • Support talent development initiatives to improve employee skills and retention.

4. Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, industrial relations regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
  • Prepare HR reports for management, including turnover rates, recruitment status, and disciplinary cases.

5. General HR & Administrative Support

  • Assist in handling HR correspondences, letters, and documentation.
  • Support HR projects and any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR & Admin Manager.
  • Work closely with department heads to provide HR support and guidance.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle confidential matters.
