About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager (South East Asia). This full-time role will be based in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia. You will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth across the South East Asia region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities in the South East Asia market
  2. Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  4. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
  5. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  6. Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to support lead generation and customer acquisition
  7. Accurately forecasting and reporting on sales pipeline and performance
  8. Providing regular updates to management on sales activities and achieving KPIs

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5-8 years' experience in a sales or business development role, ideally with the knowledge of Industrial product
  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing new business accounts
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  4. Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
  5. Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field
  6. Willingness to travel within the region to meet with clients and prospects
