Position: Admin & HR Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full HR and admin functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance management.
  • Manage hiring process: posting, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, orientation, and exits.
  • Coordinate payroll, tax, final payments, attendance, and leave with Finance.
  • Review and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance and support business needs.
  • Oversee office admin tasks: supplies, travel, correspondence, and records.
  • Work with cross-functional and HK teams on HR initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement and ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 3–4 years' experience in HR and admin.
  • Familiar with Malaysia employment laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Independent, proactive, and organized.
  • Strong communication skills; fluent in English, Cantonese speaker is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
