Position: Admin & HR Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle full HR and admin functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance management.
- Manage hiring process: posting, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, orientation, and exits.
- Coordinate payroll, tax, final payments, attendance, and leave with Finance.
- Review and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance and support business needs.
- Oversee office admin tasks: supplies, travel, correspondence, and records.
- Work with cross-functional and HK teams on HR initiatives.
- Support employee engagement and ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 3–4 years' experience in HR and admin.
- Familiar with Malaysia employment laws.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Independent, proactive, and organized.
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English, Cantonese speaker is an advantage.
- Immediate availability preferred.
