About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Facility Services Executive
to join our Corporate Services team.

In this role, you'll help ensure our office facilities run smoothly — from managing vendors and lease agreements to coordinating maintenance, relocations, and access systems.

Facility & Equipment Management

  • Coordinate and monitor leased office equipment and renewal agreements.
  • Liaise with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and service delivery.
  • Support office relocation and space reconfiguration activities.


Access & Security

  • Assist in the rollout and administration of the new card access system.
  • Manage user access permissions, reports, and troubleshooting.


Bungalow & Car Park Administration

  • Handle staff bookings and upkeep coordination for company holiday bungalows.
  • Administer car park allocations and process related payments/invoices.


Compliance & Improvements

  • Support compliance initiatives and suggest process improvements.
  • Perform other administrative or departmental tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in facility management or related roles (office admin, vendor coordination, building operations).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up ability.

Independent, resourceful, and proactive in solving problems.

Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Willing to learn — on-the-job training will be provided.
