KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shop Operations:

·       Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.

·       Maintain store presentation, product displays, and inventory levels in accordance with brand guidelines.

·       Manage administrative tasks, stock control, merchandising, and reporting

Sales and Business Development:

·       Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets.

·       Actively plan and drive in-store promotions, marketing activities, and customer engagement initiatives.

·       Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

·       Foster relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and repeat business.

Team Management:

·       Recruit, train, develop, and supervise outlet staff to maintain a high-performing team.

·       Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.

·       Set clear KPIs and motivate team members to achieve personal and team goals.

Customer Service:

·       Champion excellent customer service standards to enhance the shopping experience.

·       Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

·       Ensure staff delivers personalized, knowledgeable, and empathetic customer service, especially for

lingerie and wellness products.

Reporting and Compliance:

·       Prepare and present regular sales, stock, and operational reports to senior management.

·       Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

·       Minimum 5 years of retail management experience with 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in

fashion, lingerie, beauty, or wellness industry.

·       Fluency in Mandarin and English is required with Bahasa Malaysia an added advantage.

·       Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

·       Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.

·       Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

·       Professional appearance and understanding of the sensitivity around lingerie and wellness products.

·       Able to work shifts and retail hours (weekends and public holidays).

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
