Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in daily operations and strategic activities. The ideal candidate must be able to handle fast-paced environments, maintain discretion, and provide reliable administrative and personal support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and site visits across multiple locations.
  • Prepare, handle, and organize correspondence, reports, and confidential documents.
  • Provide day-to-day operational and personal support to the Managing Director.
  • Liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Penang, Kulim, and Kuala Lumpur.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
