We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Systems Support Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in a technical support role. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL, good communication skills, and the ability to manage support tasks independently. This role also involves working during non-standard hours, so flexibility is key.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and coordinate technical support activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

· Respond to and troubleshoot support tickets related to system, application, and network issues.

· Execute and analyze SQL queries to assist in data validation and issue investigation.

· Provide first-level troubleshooting for SAP-related user issues (basic level).

· Perform basic server troubleshooting and escalate more complex issues when necessary.

· Communicate effectively with internal teams and end-users in both English and Malay.

· Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.

· Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with SLA timelines.

· Be available to work during odd or non-standard hours, including evenings or weekends as required.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of experience in a technical or IT support role.

· Strong knowledge of SQL queries for data investigation and reporting.

· Good understanding of general IT troubleshooting and support processes.

· Basic knowledge of SAP troubleshooting is an added advantage.

· Familiarity with server troubleshooting (basic level).

· Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Malay.

· Flexible and willing to work outside of regular business hours when needed.

· Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
