Job responsibilities:

  1. Perform accurate data entry of Purchase Orders (POs), supplier information, and pricing into the ERP or procurement system.
  2. Assist in preparing and maintaining procurement records, reports, and documents for auditing and tracking purposes.
  3. Update and monitor order status, delivery dates, and follow up on outstanding orders with suppliers when required.
  4. Support the procurement team in issuing POs and confirming order details with suppliers.
  5. Liaise with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, production, and finance) to support smooth procurement documentation flow.
  6. Help compile and organize supplier quotations and related documentation for review.
  7. Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all procurement documents.
  8. Assist in basic communication with suppliers regarding routine follow-ups and document submissions.
  9. Any additional responsibilities/ tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.

Job Requirements
:

  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in an administrative or data entry role; experience in procurement is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with suppliers.
  • Available to start immediately or within one month's notice.
