What You'll Do

  • Handle payments and follow up on any outstanding bills
  • Review aging reports for customers and suppliers
  • Ensure supplier and customer account records are correct
  • Assist in prepare monthly financial reports and statements
  • Keep financial records accurate and updated
  • Support audits and prepare documents for tax matters
  • Process payroll and manage petty cash
