About the role

RBN EASY SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented Customer Service Executive (Pajak Gadai) to join our team in Selangor. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • To appraise gold jewellery
  • Assist on day-to-day operations and to take on general administrative duties
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service through various communication channels, including phone and in-person interactions
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests related to our pawn broking services
  • Maintaining accurate records and processing customer transactions in a timely manner
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail experience, preferably in the pawn broking or gold retail industry
  • Relevant experience working in GOLDSMITH or prior PAWNSHOP is an added advantage
  • On the job training will be provided if applicant has no relevant in the pawn broking industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  • Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina is an added advantage
  • Able to work 6 days 9am to 5pm( Monday to Friday) and 9am to 3pm (Saturday)
