Key Responsibilities:

  3. Budget Management: Own and manage the overall digital and online marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency, maximum ROI, and accurate forecasting for all initiatives.

  4. Compliance and Trends: Stay at the forefront of digital and online marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.

  5. Performance & Analytics

  6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, social media insights, CRM data) to track, measure, and analyse campaign performance across all channels.

  7. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive, regular performance reports and dashboards for leadership, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

  8. A/B Testing & Optimization: Plan and execute rigorous A/B testing on creative, ad copy, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimise conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.

  9. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Proactively identify and implement strategies to improve the conversion rate of website traffic and campaign landing pages.

3. Channel Management

  • Manage and maintain the company's website, overseeing content updates, design enhancements, technical SEO collaboration, and ensuring optimal user experience (UX) and site performance on WordPress.

  • Develop, execute, and manage all paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing). This includes keyword strategy, ad copy creation, bidding optimization, and performance analysis to maximise lead volume and ROI.

  • Oversee all company social media channels, including priority platforms like LinkedIn, as well as Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, WeChat, Douyin, and XHS (Red Notes).

  • Develop, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns across platforms, focusing on lead generation and ROI.

  • Lead the creation, scheduling, and distribution of engaging email newsletters and marketing campaigns to diverse, segmented audiences for effective lead nurturing.

  • Manage and leverage marketing automation tools within the CRM for lead scoring, customer segmentation, automated workflow management, and sophisticated customer journey mapping.

  • Content & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the team to define and enforce a cohesive content calendar and strategy that supports digital and online marketing goals across all channels.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and collaborate closely with external SEO agencies to enhance website search rankings, organic traffic, and technical SEO performance.
  • Coordinate with and manage external agencies and vendors (e.g., SEO, Website) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance standards.
