Overview:

As the
HR Lead

, you will be responsible for driving HR initiatives across the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition to performance management and organisational development. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires both tactical HR execution and high-level partnership with the leadership team. You will play a critical role in building a scalable HR function that aligns with PS Global's vision, values, and business goals.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and frameworks that support the company's growth objectives.
  2. Partner with senior leadership to provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, succession, and change management.
  3. Lead the evolution of a performance-driven and values-based culture.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  1. Drive end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple functions, with a focus on consulting and technology roles.
  2. Develop talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs.
  3. Enhance employer branding initiatives to position PS Global as a preferred employer.

Performance Management & Learning

  1. Design and implement effective performance review and feedback systems.
  2. Facilitate leadership development and employee learning programs aligned with business needs.
  3. Introduce capability-building frameworks to support employee growth and retention.

HR Operations & Compliance

  1. Oversee core HR processes including payroll coordination, benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee data governance.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
  3. Lead periodic HR audits, reporting, and policy reviews

Employee Engagement & Culture

  1. Champion employee experience initiatives, including onboarding, engagement surveys, and recognition programs.
  2. Promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace environment.
  3. Act as an employee advocate, maintaining strong communication channels across the organisation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline.
  2. 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or business partner capacity.
  3. Demonstrated experience in scaling HR functions within a fast-paced, regional or consulting environment.
  4. Strong understanding of labor law, HR technologies, and contemporary people practices.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  6. High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
