Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
This management role will drive revenue growth and increase visitor numbers by leading the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans. The Sales & Marketing Manager is accountable for promoting all of Entopia's products—such as meeting packages, venue rentals, nature learning programmes, and team building workshops. This position involves managing a team, fostering partner collaborations, planning marketing campaigns, overseeing public relations and corporate communication activities, and leveraging digital strategies to enhance Entopia's market presence, expand our reach, and amplify our brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase company's profitability and visitor numbers.
- Support the revenue growth through the promotion of meeting packages, venue rentals, nature learning programmes, team building workshops, special celebration packages, and other products and services of Entopia.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies (on and off-line), and other partners.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc).
- Plan promotional materials such as brochures, advertisements and digital content.
- Lead, plan and manage Entopia's website and social media accounts, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
- Manage the company's corporate communications strategy, ensuring consistent and positive messaging across all external channels.
- Plan, develop and execute sales and promotional events, and other initiatives.
- Collaborate with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other organisations to develop and promote join initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
- Support media relations, including writing press releases, coordinate media inquiries, and organising press events.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Preferably proven experience from the hospitality or tourism sectors.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills in English , with Mandarin as an added advantage.
- Proven track record of leading and supporting successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Confident, energetic, and flexible with strong interpersonal skills, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to travel and willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
