Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide prompt service.
  • Take orders accurately and handle cashiering
  • Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Ensure work areas, dining areas, counters, and equipment remain clean and hygienic at all times.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
  • Support team members and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM and understand and can speak basic English.
  • Pleasant personality, good communication skills, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work evening (until 11pm), weekends, and public holidays.

Work Location: The Gold Mines Gastropub Bintulu (No pork but serve alcoholic drinks)
