To identify and highlight constraints at site and discrepancy in drawing (if any) before work start.
Check and ensure contractor rectify defects before hand over.
To deal with Authority on general matters.
Any other duties that may be given by superior from time to time.
Ensure compliance with Company Standard Operating (SOP) in accordance to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
To ensure project is progress on schedule & comply with requirements & specifications.
Strong project management skill
Knowledge of construction processes and regulation
Effective communication and negotiation skills

Good attitude and ability to handle complaints, feedbacks and enquiries promptly and effectively
