Job Descriptions:

  • Greet patients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide accurate directions and hospital information
  • Direct and/or accompany patients to the appropriate departments or clinics
  • Assist patients who need help registering or locating services
  • Ensure the lobby and waiting areas remain organized and welcoming
  • Support hospital procedures, including visitor and safety protocols

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Friendly and approachable with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and able to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Physically fit and able to assist with patient movement if necessary
  • Customer service experience is a plus
