We are looking for a responsible and creative Admin & Marketing Clerk to assist in daily office operations and support basic marketing and social media tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, willing to learn, and enjoys both administrative and creative work.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma level with at least 1 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Computer literate & proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
- Possess basic design skills using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual appeal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Perform day-to-day general administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Provide general administrative assistance, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Handle office documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Invoice, Purchase Orders (PO), and other related paperwork.
Maintain and monitor office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
Manage communication channels including phone calls, emails, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Support the team in organizing company events, marketing campaigns, and special projects.
Carry out any ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Capture, edit, and produce photos and videos for marketing and promotional campaigns.
Design creative digital content such as social media updates, infographics, and other multimedia materials.
Monitor social media channels, respond to messages and comments, and foster positive online engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
