Open Position: Service Now Consultant (MNC-based Consulting) A reputable MNC-based Consulting Company is hiring for Service Now Consultant to join them in their Selangor office. Key responsibilities include: More than 5 years of working experience within IT Service Management (ITSM) with ITIL/Service Now certification would be added advantage Responsible for performing the end-to-end development of Service Now applications, modules, and integrations Experience delivering large-scale Service Now engagements or complex IT engagements Establishing and evolving best practices for the development efforts within the Service Now platform Good understanding of ITIL and Agile best practices and methodology Ensure customer needs are met within a collaborative environment where work must be coordinated with technical teams and customers A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to support the development of digital platform strategies Good communication and collaborative skills and experience working with business and technology teams
