Job Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting qualified candidates with job opportunities that align with their skills and career goals. You will collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, source suitable candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process. This dynamic and fast-paced role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities: 
1) Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and company culture
- Consult with clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

2) Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities

3) Job Matching and Placement: 
- Analyze candidate profiles to match them with suitable job opportunities
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their skills and experience
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates

4) Negotiation and Offer Management: 
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition for both the candidate and the client

5) Market Research and Industry Knowledge: 
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients on talent acquisition strategies

6) Compliance and Documentation: 
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions in the recruitment database

Qualifications & Requirements : 
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role
- Motivated to work in a fast pace environment and Develop Multitasking skill
- Strong understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Possesses Good Customer and After-sales service attitude
- Adopt an efficient organizational and time management skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
