Job Description Responsibilities: ·        Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management ·        Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements ·        Process payments for expenses in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms ·        Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required ·        Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal ·        Manage recruitment including but not limited to preparation of JD, posting of job advertisements, arrangement of interviewers, preparation of employment contract and onboarding ·        Manage staff leave application and claims ·        Filing of employee income tax form ·        Preparing monthly payroll ·        Assist in new processes and system implementation when required ·        Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / HR or relevant Previous experience as HR or Account executive/officer within manufacturing industry. Time management skills and the ability to delegate. Able to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot problems A team player with ability to work under minimum supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
