5 years of applicable Scrum Master experience - Project Management experience on plus Thorough understanding of Project delivery methodologies - Agile, SDLCStrong organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbally and written) skills Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a breadth and variety of internal and external resources. Ability to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team Work with vendors and matrix teams to ensure continued product growth in an agile fashion Ability to identify potential roadblocks or risks and manage to resolution without impacting velocity of the team. Technically savvy in backlog management tools, such as Jira/Confluence, to build reporting and dashboards to display KPIs of the team.
