To plan, manage, coordinate, monitor, and control project operations & engineering and guide project engineers under his/her supervision.
To plan, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project sites periodically.
To maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices at all times.
To ensure all works are in accordance with customer engineering standards and specifications on assigned or individual projects.
To review and monitor site work progress periodically and arrange resources as and when required based on the criticality of the project.
To analyze the performance of subcontractors on civil, erection, testing, and commissioning works.
To ensure inspection and testing are adhered to according to clients’ requirements.
To prepare progressive invoices to clients.
To undertake all other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required by management.
To ensure that applicable environmental, safety, and health legislative, regulatory, and related requirements are fulfilled at the project site.
To ensure that site personnel, workers, and subcontractors are implementing environmental, safety, and health practices at their workplace.
To monitor, control, and improve QESH performance at the project site.
To provide adequate support to establish and maintain the integrity of the Risk Management System.
