  • Work with channel partners to find and secure new clients, building a pipeline for business growth in SEA.
  • Travel within assigned countries to lead sales meetings and presentations, capturing new opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences in SEA to expand networks and find business prospects.
  • Report regularly to Headquarters on meetings, site visits, and business activities.
  • Execute ECM deals such as IPOs, Rights Issues, Buybacks, and Takeovers.
  • Prepare and ensure compliance of offer documents for ECM transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, legal advisors, auditors, and other intermediaries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful ECM transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with securities regulations and resolve regulatory issues.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Prepare financial models, information memoranda, and presentations for investors.

requirements

  • Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, business, marketing, finance or business development is necessary as a baseline qualification. An MBA is an advantage.
  • Required Experience: Experienced in investment banking and a strong understanding of Equity Capital Markets and IPO processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial insight.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, persuasion, and networking.
  • Commitment to professional integrity and ethical business practices.
  • Open to travelling.
