Senior Lecturer (School of Marketing & Management)

Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU) is looking for highly motivated, passionate, and qualified individuals for the positions of Associate Professor/Senior Lecturer/Lecturer to join our dynamic academic team in the following areas of specialization.

i. Communication

  • Social Media: Expertise in social media strategies, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Public Relations: Experience in the use of public relations and technologies to enhance, automate, and optimize PR activities.
  • Communications Research: Skills in social media analytics and quantitative/qualitative communication research.
  • Crisis Communications: Knowledge of crisis communication practices, and corporate social responsibility.
  • Broadcast Journalism: Knowledge of hands-on, industry practices including the use of camera, lighting, and editing software.

ii. Marketing

  • Digital Marketing: Expertise in online marketing strategies, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and analytics.
  • AI in Marketing: Experience in the use of artificial intelligence technologies to enhance, automate, and optimize marketing activities.
  • Marketing Intelligence & Research: Skills in data analytics and marketing research.
  • Sustainable Marketing: Knowledge of green marketing practices, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability in marketing.

General Requirements:

  • Preferably a PhD in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Responsible for teaching, research, and related academic activities.
  • Teaching experience in these subjects is a plus.
  • Experience in higher education, including using IT effectively for teaching.
  • A pleasant personality with strong English skills.
