We also design policies and procedures that adhere to audit standards and conform to FASB and SEC guidance, as well as compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley section 404.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Accounting Analyst on our Accounting Team in Bayan Lepas, Penang.What you’ll achieveAs an Accounting Analyst, you will resolve financial support issues and inquiries from both internal and external customers and work with relevant non-accounting personnel in reviewing contracts to confirm company policies are adhered to and financial reporting requirements of the company are met.You will: Provides administrative support in the ODM billing process. Maintains database by entering , updating, approving & sending invoice, credit Note & debit Note Assists & coordinates with internal departments & customer to resolve billing disputes & drive reduction of past due AR. Liaise with auditors in performing SOX/CSA testing and Internal/External audit. Checks and verifies invoice record in the database Adheres to credit note policy & approval matrix for credit notes/ debit note issuance & supports internal metrics Continue effective communication with Business Partners and recommend process improvement initiatives.Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
