Your future employer is an trusted construction company with completed many well known construction projects (residential/ commercial) across Penang. With a growing project portfolio in Penang, we are looking to expand the team with Contract Executives.
about the job
- To prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimations.
- Taking off quantities and preparing Bill of Quantities.
- Preparing Work/Purchase Orders and Variation Orders whenever necessary.
- To be in charged of site valuation, claims verification and preparing payment recommendations.
- To oversee overall building materials procurement, including it's wastage.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, who comes with many years of experience with the organisation. You will receive good exposure in property.
skills & experiences required
To be successful in your role, you will come with a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying and preferable with working experience in handling contracts. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You must be comfortable working in Penang.
