Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation & Sales Acquisition: Acquire new Pay TV subscribers and upsell/cross-sell existing subscribers through various value-added services. Demonstrate success in exceeding sales targets for all products using a consultative, solution-focused sales approach.
  2. Sales Activities: Participate in all activities planned by the Sales Manager through door-to-door activities, appointments, high traffic outlet promo booths, events, cold calling, and online initiatives to obtain potential referral solicitation in assigned territory.
  3. Leads Management: Effectively register customer leads into the sales tool portal and follow up on obtained leads for sales conversion/activation.
  4. Customer Experience: Ensure prompt fulfillment and maintain good relationships with stakeholders/subscribers. Effectively follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure a sold product/service is delivered to the customer within the promised timeline.
  5. Sales Compliance: Comply with all company procedures and booking policies.
  6. Innovativeness: Effectively learn new skills and knowledge in handling new approaches/enablers introduced by the organization from time to time.
Requirements
  1. Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree.
  2. Experience in service-related industries.
  3. Sales background from FMCG or direct sales companies.
  4. Good communication skills; ability to speak and write well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  5. Familiarity with the area of operation.
  6. High innovation and creativity.
  7. Passionate with curiosity to learn.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
