This will involve the collation and input of all relevant information for the monthly payroll (including new starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, and sickness absence payments, overtime, maternity and paternity pay).RecruitmentHandling and Manage Recruitment /headcountPrepared Appointment Letter / Confirmation / Letter Offer /Warning Letter /Appraisal/Annual increment /Bonus etc.Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.Interview by coordinating appointments, organization by conducting the orientation.Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.Foreign WorkersManage & Handling Foreign Workers Issue FOMEMA, Work Permit, MyEG , Passport ,COM, Calling Visa and bank account for foreign workersManage and arrange hostel for foreign workers.Liaise with government department such IMIGRESEN, KDN , JTK etc.AdminMaintaining/ Handling Office equipment and supplies.Maintains quality service by following organization standards.Documentation and filling (ISO 9001 Documentation)WelfareHandling any Activities /benefit for employee such annual dinner (committee-event manager), birthday party etc.Making the environment worth working, support by top management, cleanliness, proper ventilation and lighting, medical care, sickness benefits, employment injury benefits, personal injury benefits, maternity benefits.Employee counselling, establishing harmonious relationships with employees.TrainingArrange Training for in house an external training –HRDF ( Grant , Claim, Levy) 

Bachelor's or Equivalent.Have minimum 2 years experience in handling HR mattersFamiliar with foreign workers' issueWilling to travel

EPF.SOCSO.Friendly working environment.5 days working day per week.Medical and dental claim benefit
