- Monitor and collect user feedback and analytics to make data-driven decisions for website improvement.
- Perform regular application testing on the services to maintain the best quality standards.
- Create and maintain test cases in a systematic and well-organized manner.
- Work closely with software developers to test and identify issues on new development and enhancements.
- Conduct multiple types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Continuously assess and improve quality assurance process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle any ad hoc tasks as instructed by the team leader.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
