Executive, Cost Monitoring and Process Development Monitor all expenses from other sections, ensuring alignment with the IBR and Financial budget. Gather data and assist in planning for future budgets with improved accuracy and timely execution. Analyze department processes and SOPs to implement improvements that align with departmental KPIs. Monitor and track inter-department transactions to ensure timely execution in accordance with SOPs. Research and propose the implementation of new processes, equipment, and methods to enhance service levels and reduce expenses. Ensure clear departmental goals are met, including improved response times, defined processes, and reduced operational costs. Generate departmental management reports, budgets, and proposals. Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or Building Management. At least 5 years of related working experience. Strong ability to monitor and control costs across all purchase transactions, ensuring accurate budget utilization and reporting. Experience monitoring transactions and proposals to ensure compliance with policies and LOA. Proven ability to identify and resolve non-compliant processes and propose improvements. Strategic process development, procurement, and asset/property maintenance aligned with departmental goals. Ability to collaborate with other departments and companies in developing and implementing group strategies. Experience in efficient process implementation and expense reduction. Proficiency in MS Office, with expert-level skills in MS Power Point for presentations. MS Project proficiency is an added advantage. Strong letter-writing skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
