    the role

    • Ensure a safe work environment, implement quality control procedures, and continuously improve processes for consistent, high-quality products.
    • Focus on exceeding customer expectations by working closely with production and sales to meet quality and service needs.
    • Motivate and train your QA/QC team, set clear goals, and provide coaching for optimal performance.
    • Oversee document control, internal audits, calibration programs, and ensure use of current specifications for quality assurance.
    • Actively seek opportunities to improve QA/QC functions, participate in business improvement projects, and promote a quality culture.

      the experience

      • Degree in Engineering is preferred, but extensive experience (multiple years) in QA/QC for the plastic extrusion and printing industry can be substituted.
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control functions is required.
      • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral), along with excellent organizational abilities for a smooth workflow.
