    Key Responsibilities

    • Dive into stimulating technical discussions and provide astute leadership across multiple development streams within our agile environment.
    • Cultivate the core competencies of our development team, spanning Front-end, Back-end, Integration, and DevOps domains.
    • Collaborate with our visionary Head of Architecture and Head of Development to architect technical solutions and devise ingenious design strategies.
    • Champion a culture of engineering excellence by actively contributing to our Development Centre of Excellence.
    • Uphold rigorous code quality standards and champion best practices like Test-Driven Development and automated CI/CD pipelines.
    • Mentor and guide team members, fueling their professional growth and unlocking their potential.
    • Tackle technical hurdles head-on, ensuring seamless project delivery and success.
    • Establish and monitor key development metrics to drive continuous enhancement.
    • Articulate effectively with stakeholders of all levels, bridging the gap between technical complexities and strategic objectives.
    • Forge strong partnerships with agile team counterparts to orchestrate collaborative triumphs.

      skills & experience required

      • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, whether as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager.
      • Possess a Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
      • Demonstrated track record of building and leading technical teams within an agile framework.
      • Proficient in Node.js & Typescript ecosystem, with hands-on expertise.
      • Solid understanding and application of DDD, Microservices Architecture, SQL, NoSQL, and Design Patterns.
      • Proven experience with code deployment tools such as Puppet, Ansible, and Chef.
      • Extensive familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies, including Azure Cloud, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes.
      • Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
      • Knowledgeable about cloud solutions like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
      • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset to effectively engage with diverse teams.
