Job Description - Ensures that all food are prepared and served according to the standard set by Executive Chef
- Does cooking and presentation of food
- Ensure that standard recipes are used, and food is presented according to pictures
- Ensure that all machines, furniture (fridge, benches, etc.), equipment and utensils are cleaned and in working condition at all times. Checks all areas assigned to him/her in regards to sanitation and hygiene contamination of any kind
- Ensure that the kitchen is always in a safe condition so as to prevent accidents
- Responsible in making the through flow information work from him/her all the way to the helper’s level
- Maintains good relations with all departments to avoid frictions of any kind

Work Experience
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 1 year in Culinary in a 4 or 5 star operation
- Good knowledge of culinary production basics
- Good knowledge of culinary aspects in cost control, culinary labor control, equipment maintenance
- Good communication skills

- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Have the ability to prioritize workload assignments
