Role Description

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at PerySmith, your role is instrumental in fostering and nurturing relationships with our valued partners. Your primary responsibilities encompass overseeing day-to-day sales operations within your designated platforms, facilitating transparent and productive business reviews with our partners and top management, and identifying opportunities for market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure their loyalty and continued collaboration.
  • Regularly monitor and assess market performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Analyse sales and market data to develop effective strategies for improving performance and achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with partners to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Executing campaigns and maintaining a vibrant presence on social media 
  • Implement marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and contributing to our brand's online visibility.
Job Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience

- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field

- Market research skills, and experience in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

- Keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset

- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
