JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the welding process of products according to the requirements of drawings
- Analysis of technical problems in first article and mass production welding (DFM)
- Production of welding technology and operation documents including PWI, WPS, PQR and WI
- Monitor and analyze welding process parameters, identify and solve the problem timely
- Provide suggestion for welding fixture design
- Introduce new welding technology/ process/ equipment
- More than 5 years of working experience in welding with understanding of orbital welding and electron beam welding
- Familiar with common welding detection methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD
