Key Duties:

Act as primary contact for sales engineer/ customer inquiries via phone, email. Assist sales team with order processing, invoicing, and delivery scheduling. Coordinate with departments like logistics, finance, and production for order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions. Generate and analyze sales reports. Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements. Place purchase orders with suppliers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors. Conduct stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Cultivate relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality and availability. Evaluate supplier performance and address issues promptly. Source alternative suppliers and products. Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. Handle general administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Requirements:

Open to fresh graduate, as training will be provided. Diploma or Bachelor degree holder Attention to details Fluent in English, Malay languages
