Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage distributor network specializing in lubricant business.
  • Drive marketing programs to achieve planned volume, revenue, and margin growth.
  • Provide guidance to distributors on lubricant business in close coordination with other line of business and stakeholders to accomplish distribution coverage objectives.
  • Establish critical link between Petron and distributors for supply chain related matters including ordering, delivery, and standard offer and demand planning.
  • Develop and support the distributor network, focusing on the growth of premium and high margin products.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business studies, economicsor other relevant disciplines with CGPA above 3.00.
  • Willing to travel and to be based throughout Malaysia with own transportation.
  • Possesses 3to 5 years’ experience in sales role.
  • Exposure in automotive, machinery or gas technology background will be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills for both lateral and upward interfaces in the company.
