The CCC warmly greets customers, identifies their issues, and assists with inquiries.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Interact professionally with customers via voice calls (end-to-end call handling) and non-voice channels (live chat) for inbound and outbound functions, providing information and assistance.Escalate complaints and requests through Service Requests & Trouble Tickets. Cross-sell all products and services, including upgrades.Attempt to retain customers requesting to downgrade. Achieve productivity goals while delivering excellent customer service.Perform other duties assigned by management. Accountable for meeting individual and team KPIs.REQUIREMENTS:SPM/Diploma/Degree qualification.Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a contact/call center.Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.Desired personality traits: Positive attitude, enthusiasm, attention to detail, responsibility, trustworthiness, ethical conduct, and goal-oriented.Customer service skills: Attentiveness, empathy, patience, consistency, persuasion, excellent telephone etiquette, and communication proficiency.Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including public holidays and weekends (9AM - 9PM).Immediate availability to start work.
