Department: Non-Motor ClaimsInternship Intake: Mar 24Resposibilities:
  • Assist in Non-Motor Claims Processing (Liability, Property & Personal Accident)
  • Assist with claim related project including process review, collaboration with other stakeholders and assisting with User Acceptance Test (UAT)
  • Assist with claim reviews and documentations.
  • Assist with negotiation with claimants, policyholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Identifying and flagging potentially fraudulent claims
  • Provide customer service by addressing claimants' concerns, answering questions, and guiding them through the claims process
  • Attend to claims related queries and discussions with customers, agents, brokers, sales and any other stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in insurance, IT or equivalent, in any related fields of studies.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Good communication skills.


Department: Customer Excellence & Insights, Market ManagementInternship Intake: Mar 24 (3 to 6 months duration)Resposibilities:
  • To assist in implementation of always-on customer outreach and engagement programs
  • To assist in developing target segment / audience for customer engagement communication
  • To assist in campaign performance tracking and benchmarking and to provide actionable insights in supporting desired targets and results
  • To assist in compiling & analyzing internal and external market research data to identify insights to support business decision


Requirements:
  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Ability to analyze and summarize data efficiently
  • Experience with Excel and Microsoft Power Point preferred
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Willing to travel for events as and when needed


Department: Product DevelopmentInternship Intake: Apr 24 (3 months duration)Resposibilities:
  • To assist in implementation of product development process and any regulatory changes by performing User Acceptance Testing, preparing product materials and etc.
  • To conduct market intelligence, providing comparison on Allianz Product against competitors'.
  • To support sales intermediaries and operation colleagues by preparing manual Sales Illustration based on required scenarios.
  • To assist in arrangement of product meeting and to prepare meeting minutes for discussion held.
  • To maintain and update product information in the shared folder from time to time.


Requirements:
  • Student in good progress of Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial / Mathematics / Statistics


Department: PricingInternship Intake: Apr 24 (3 months duration)Resposibilities:
  • Assist in reinsurance administration related work.
  • Assist on system issues and product pricing related matters including product development, product illustration and system maintenance.
  • Assist in implementation of new regulatory guidelines which includes preparing user requirement/test scopes and performing user acceptance test (UAT).
  • Assist in preparation of filings to regulator and regional office.
  • Assist in all other product pricing related matters.
  • Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.


Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science or other Mathematics/Statistics related studies with strong academic results
  • Proficient in computer application skills, specifically Excel and Visual Basic
