IT Manager - (Tampoi, JB)Work arrangements8am - 5.40pm (mondays - fridays) on site, allow to apply FWAJob Description:a Plan, organize and lead the operation of information technology department.b Develop and implement policies and procedures of computer systems operation and developmentc Meet with department to discuss system requirements, specification, costs and timelinesd Control the computer system budgets and expenditurese Supervise and ensure IT functions and activitiesf To ensure subordinates implements procedures and instruction as defined.g To educate and develop subordinateh Manage and control the existing IT hardware and software system implementations and information technology.i Perform IT controlled equipment purchase arrangement, provide information and recommendation for computer purchase.j Server's administration, server problem handling, user account managementk Management and maintenance of networksl Internet and intranet managementm Software control and management, including license control and upgradingn Provide sufficient training to users of systems and to provide guidance and support to users for continued use of the system.o Perform and ensure complete and updated documentation on systems implemented.p Provide weekly progress status reportsq Analyze, plan implement and manage IT projectr Support other departments as and when requireds To share and provide the necessary IT information for other facilities.t To evaluate IT product and make recommendation to managementu Additional responsibilities as when instructed by Division head.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per monthBenefits:Opportunities for promotionProfessional development#J-18808-Ljbffr
