Work you’ll do

 

  • Relevant experience in the field of Time & Expense audits
  • Good understanding of firm’s policies and expense review process; manage workflow and service delivery,
  • Develop and share best practices; drive process improvements, build synergies, manage team and expectations; SME and perform advance level reviews and support in developing controls, improvements and enhancements and liaison between India, US Manager and leadership
  • Liaison between Deloitte and external vendor, representing Deloitte.
  • Understand and manage all reporting and technology related requirement for expense audit team
  • Manage multiple audit teams and handle 2nd level of escalation
  • Participate in hiring and perform 1st level interview
  • Prepare training plan for the team and keep it current
  • Perform check in and career coaching for team members. Provide snapshot ratings and manage performance issues and IAP
  • Keep the team motivated and encouraged. Keeping attrition under control
  • Work on forensic audit by performing detailed audits including receipt check
  • Identify red flags and do a deep dive investigation
  • Identify patterns and escalate issues to leadership
  • Prioritization of important time-based tasks (both primary and team’s tasks).
  • Delivering assigned responsibilities with quality and within required timelines.
  • Adapt to change and quick service delivery oriented

Requirements

 

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce
  • 9 to 11 years of relevant experience in the field of Time &Expense audit and corporate cards 
  • Experience in leading teams 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
