Today, Guardian operates across Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Brunei and Cambodia, and provides a wide range of health care, beauty care, personal care and baby care products, with in-store specialists assisting customers with expert advice and support.The Role Part Time Sales Assistant cum CashierResponsible for cashiering dutiesRespond to customer inquiries and complaintsMaximize sales and profitability through professional handling of promotional sales transactionsMaintain cash transactions accurately according to SOP and keep proper records of operationsActively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customersThe Role SupervisorResponsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet OperationHandle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customersPlay an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growthMaintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operationActively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customerResponsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaintsAssisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanlinessRequirementsAge 18 y/o and aboveCan work morning shift as early as 9am & evening shifts until 10pm - flexible (for part timer)Can work 4-6 hours/day (for part timer)Flexible to work on weekdays, weekend and public holidayCan work at least minimum 6 monthsAbout YouMeticulousPleasant dispositionCustomer service orientedWorking Location:Guardian USJ Taipan: 14, Jalan USJ 10/1, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor
