Job Responsibilitiesa) Compiling and update all related document (policy& procedures, Manual, forms, Quality Objective and KPI)Typing and compiling all documents (policies & procedures, manuals, forms, Quality Objectives, KPI from all departments), update and when required as in the policies of all department as when required.b) In charge, updating, controlling and responsible for compiling all of Hospital Operating Policies and Standard Instructions in the Hospital Information System.c) Editing or auditing of the workflow according to the policies and procedures.d) Responsible to update in the My E-hap MSQH on the continuous compliance reporte) Responsible in the amendment or enhancement of current policies & procedures on quality issues.f) Responsible to update file (MSQH/Quality) for Person In Charge, MAC Chairman and other Clinical Heads of Departments or Consultants.g) Ensuring all of the policy statement in all units/departments are updated.h) Monthly documentation audit for patients folders base on quality requirement.i) Prepare and planned scheduled for Internal Quality Audit at least 3 times (3x) per year.j) Any other ad hoc assigned taskJob requirementsAt least Degree or Diploma in Health Care, Nursing or other related field.At least 2 years experience in MAQ**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
