Job description Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations. Lead and manage a team of customer service staff to provide excellent service. In-charge of duty roster and performance, providing feedback, coaching, and motivating the team. Be the Brand Ambassador with a strong floor presence, ensuring the team maintain a high standard of grooming and appropriate conduct consistent with our brand image. Handle customer feedback and provide service recovery where necessary. Establish regular contact with distributors and maintain healthy relationships. Manage in-store company assets. Manage and execute in-store activities. Work closely with Marketing department for the execution of sales and promotional activities. Proactively give suggestions to drive store traffic. Track and report store performance according to agreed KPIs. Job Requirements Min. SPM / Diploma Level. Min. 5 years of relevant managerial experience in the retail/beauty industry or equivalent Proficient in MS Office. Experience in leading a team. Willing to lead by example in all in-store initiatives and activities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Results-driven, adaptable and flexible, able to work well under pressure and in challenging situations. Able to work on alternate Saturday and Sunday, or on a rotational scheduled basis. Able to perform shift duty including weekends
