Job Responsibilities :

  • Define and Manage Brand Identity - Collaborate with design teams to create and refine visual elements, logos, and brand collateral. Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines for consistent identity implementation.
  • Ensure Consistency Across All Channels - Collaborate with various departments to integrate the brand into products, services, and communications. Develop and enforce guidelines for consistent messaging and visual representation across digital and traditional channels. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to brand consistency.
  • Drive Initiatives for Positive Brand Perception - Analyse market trends, consumer feedback, and competitor strategies. Develop and execute marketing campaigns that strategically position the brand in a positive light. Engage in community outreach, partnerships, and initiatives that contribute to a favorable brand image.
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies - Conduct a comprehensive audit of current social media channels and performance. Define social media objectives aligned with overall marketing and branding goals.
  • Create Compelling Content and Manage Campaigns - Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce engaging and shareable content.
  • Active Online Reputation Monitoring - Utilise social listening tool for real-time monitoring of online platforms, review sites, and social media & gather insights for business.
  • Issue & Crisis Communication Planning and Execution - Identify potential crisis scenarios and develop comprehensive crisis communication plans.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor or professional certification in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
  • Minimum of 4 years working experience in social media marketing or in relevant field
  • Creative with good analytical skills, good communicator, good writer, understand the brand/vision and the ability to build 360 strategy/plan based on given task/intent
  • Experienced in project management/campaign lead/agency management
  • Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and Branding Communications
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
  • An agile individual that is able to seamlessly navigate complex projects and can multitask to deliver desired results
