      about the job

      • Administer and maintain all activities associated with database management such as install, configure, upgrade, maintain, test, monitor, optimize and finetune database/application server's performance.
      • To provide related advice,design, implement, manage database security/integrity, capacity, backup, replication,restore requirements and recommend improvements wherever is necessary.
      • Developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans, preparation, setup and performing regular testing.



        skills and experience required

        • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Oracle/SQL Server/PostgresQL Database Administrator supporting BAU functions and projects
        • Certification in Database Administration (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate) would be a plus
        • Experience with cloud-based databases (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database) will be advantageous
