Manage the IT infrastructure of the company's data center, overseeing network, servers, databases, storage, and security for operational stability and high availability.Create and deploy a system monitoring application to establish early warning protocols, detect issues promptly, and elevate IT service standards.Enhance IT operational and maintenance systems, refining processes and standards to boost efficiency and quality of work.Assess business operational requirements, deliver technical support and solutions for maintenance, and ensure swift and steady business growth.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields, with CCIE/CCNP or HCIE/HCNP certification.Preferred candidates fluent in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.Over 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in supervising teams of 20+ individuals, and cross-regional management experience is advantageous.Technical proficiency in fundamental computer concepts, adept in networks, IT equipment, cloud services, and skilled in application and infrastructure design.Demonstrated strong project management skills, adept at coordinating project delivery with various teams, extensive experience in establishing national multi-center operation systems.Have working experience in China companies or wish to join a China company
