Job Summary:The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing office tasks, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and supporting various departments as needed.Key Responsibilities:Office Management: Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and records. Ensure the office environment is tidy and functional.Administrative Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Data Management: Maintain and update databases, files, and records. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.Task Coordination: Assist with project coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks.
