RequirementsMust have at least 2 years of working experience in the cake industry, and at least 1 year experience in managing a team.Must have own transport motorbike/car and be willing to work in Kuchai Lama.Able to work 6 days a week, working time from 8am-6pm.ResponsibilityTogether with the head chef, lead the whole cake department, manage duty roster, make sure staff follow company recipe & SOP.Assist the head chef create new cake flavors/designs during the festive period.Monitor stock, order from supplier, and check to receive ingredients quality.
